So we’re taking action instead & announcing our own

PROJECT 2025 👀

We’ve established 12 webgrants

to be awarded annually to Tennesseans working to

leave the world better than they found it

& who remain committed to the values of

diversity, equity, and inclusion in business & society

Do you know a Tennesseean who is…

  • STILL deeply committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in business and society

  • Working to leave the world better than they found it

  • Needs a professionally managed website but cannot currently afford one?

Please Nominate them for a webgrant!

We will select one nominee each month to receive a fully managed website—at no cost to them.

What our webgrants include:

  • A custom-designed website tailored to their mission and audience

  • Domain registration and hosting for 1 year (if needed)

  • Basic SEO and mobile optimization to ensure their message reaches as many people as possible right now

  • Monthly updates and support for the first year

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Nominees must be based in Tennessee and actively engaged in work that aligns with DEI values or contributes positively to the community.

  2. Nomination Process: Nominations can be submitted via our website noogapixels.com. Please include:

    • Name & contact info of the person/organization

    • A brief description of their work and impact

    • Why they need a website and how it would help their mission

  3. Selection: A panel will review all nominations and select one recipient each month.

  4. Recipient Commitment: Recipients must provide necessary content (e.g., photos, descriptions of services/mission, etc.) for the website within 30 days of selection.

  5. Website Support: Free hosting, updates, and management will be provided for the first year. After that, the organization can continue with paid support or transfer the site elsewhere.

  6. Transparency: We will announce selected recipients monthly on our website and social media to celebrate their work and encourage community support.
